We are a certified renovator who is trained by an EPA-approved training provider and follow lead-safe work practices. EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP Rule) requires that firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and preschools built before 1978 have their firm certified by EPA (or an EPA authorized state).

“Unfortunately, our 3 story addition in Arlin...”

Unfortunately, our 3 story addition in Arlington has been a very disappointing experience working with the BC Stolze team (project began in July 2023 and dragged on until we stopped working with this company in May 2024). We’re dealing with an incomplete project, code violations and quality issues due to lack of supervision. I’d say zero stars but think I had to insert one to process the review. We can’t recommend this company.
