You are concerned about your vacation home, but many times distance and a busy schedule make it difficult to ensure the proper care of your vacant property. Then, when you visit your home, you want to enjoy yourself and be free to enjoy the beautiful surroundings for leisure and recreational pursuits.
Your second home is a valuable asset and our service is designed to assist you in maintaining your property and being sure that everything is in order while you are away. As frequently as you desire (weekly, twice monthly, monthly or quarterly), Beach Cities will visit your property for a room-by-room inspection. The following is a sample of the services we provide. Beach Cities will ensure that all doors and windows are locked, all papers and debris are removed from your property, ensure all gates and out-buildings are secured, lights and timers are working properly, and driveways, decks, patios, pool, spa, and walkways are cleaned. We will send a copy of our Services Checklist after each visit and communicate with the you, the property owner, immediately if any thing is out of order or in need of service.

Allowing someone you don't know to come into your vacation home could be a real risk. Therefore it' imperative that the individual you are considering have the highest integrity, professionalism and credentials possible. My name is Dave Dash and as owner of Beach Cities Home Watch I take the responsibility of watching your vacation home with the highest of attention and importance. I do this full-time and take pride in making myself available anytime to my clients.
I take pride in treating my clients well by doing everything I say I will do and doing it reliably. Whether visiting your property weekly or monthly I perform all services plus many that are difficult to list. Generally, I am your eyes while you are absent.
If needed, we have developed from experience, an extensive list of resources of reliable, honest, and trustworthy suppliers of services for the homeowner. If you have your own list of suppliers I will make myself available to monitor their work for you. If repair services are needed I will contact you informing you of the needed work. I will then put you, the home owner, in touch with the service provider for payment arrangements unless prior arrangements are made. We are not a management company but rather a HomeWatch monitoring service reporting on the property condition. We are fully insured and licensed. Nothing outside of the listed Beach Cities Home Watch Services is undertaken without the homeowner's prior authorization.
