Certified Public Accountant since Serving clients in Brookshire, Katy, West Houston and surrounding areas:
Started out as a bookkeeping service in 1983. Became Licensed by the Texas State Board of Accounting in 1986 and changed the business name to Dennis W. Homolka CPA.
Merged my practice as a partner in Spain, Price Reader & Thompson, PC in 1998.
Severed my relationship with SPRT in 2000 and returned to being a sole proprietorship under Dennis W. Homolka CPA in May of 2000and relocated my office to Park Row in west Houston.
Due to growth, and the hiring of six people, two years later I changed the name of the firm to Homolka & Associates CPA's.
In 1986 I had a stroke and had to start downsizing. In 1998 I went on part disability and moved my office to my house on 1345 Peach Ridge Road where it remains today.
I specialize in preparation of Financial Statements and Tax returns for more complex individuals and small businesses.
Prepare form 1040's, 1065's, 1120' & 1120S tax returns
Knowledgeable in Estate & Trust taxation.
Do various sorts of consulting, including tax, business, software selection software installation and setup with Business Works and MAS90 software.
