I made a mistake by working this firm; the paralegal, Michael, charmed me over the phone by claiming to be an authority in his profession, but he is not. He is indeed such a crook and a slob that he only cares about receiving your money and disregards finishing the work. Except for two documents he filed that took eight months, he never sent me a note. He also failed to provide any evidence for the other actions he claimed to have taken. He refused to provide me every time I requested. I'm in the process of complaining about this individual and his company since I believe I overpaid for the service.
