Freschi Construction, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Lou Freschi Sr. in beautiful Grass Valley, Ca. In the beginning Lou started out on his own with only his tools and his truck, working long days and spending his evenings at his kitchen table with his paperwork while raising and supporting his family.

Over the years Freschi Construction has grown by leaps and bounds along with the community of Grass Valley. By surrounding himself with trustworthy, honest and hardworking crew Lou was able to take Freschi Construction to the next level. He connected with the best subcontractors in the area, who shared his dedication to quality, customer satisfaction, and to whom he could trust to delegate specific portions of jobs in order to maximize project efficiency. Through a true passion for the trade, and from positive feedback/referrals Lou was able to expand his business from a small office space in downtown Grass Valley, to a warehouse, and now to our 6000 square feet of warehouse space and 2 acres of equipment/storage yard, and brand new office. 2011 was a pivotal year for Freschi Construction, the decision to incorporate was made in order to meet our ever expanding business needs. In 2011 we became a top rated accredited business through the Better Business Bureau.

Now in 2018 we are in another state of expansion. Freschi Construction Inc, has 21 employees, including multiple estimators, project managers, as well as a new office manager. Whether it be our heavy equipment division moving or grading, our home building or our remodel team you can always count on a quality job, on time and on budget. We are truly unique in that we have most equipment on site and experts on staff. Freschi Construction Inc, is truly a local and a family business, working alongside his son, daughter, sister and son-in-law. Proving every day that the family that builds together stays together. With strong local ties in the community of over 35 years, you can’t drive far in Gold Country without seeing some of Freschi Constructions’ signature quality work. Freschi Construction carries full liability and workers compensation insurance. The company holds a current contractor’s license no.509385, in good standing with the State of California with General engineering and general building classifications (A &B). With hundreds of years of combined experience and expertise there isn’t a project Freschi Construction and its employees cannot complete for you our valued customer.
