“I had a new deck built identical to the old ...”

I had a new deck built identical to the old deck I had. Over the years there was a depression where dirt had sunk at the base of the steps. I called Dee Givens with A1 Construction to come and and look at it and give me a quote. Let me tell you he was here within a couple hours and quoted my job. Today he brought a load of dirt and a spread it. While he was spreading it I got a message alert that it was going to rain in 10 minutes. He did beat the rain and it looks great. Now, for some sod.
