My hours of operation are: Monday through Thursday: 10am to 7pm on the hour for session times and Fridays - 10am to 5pm. I am also available Saturdays and can offer 10am to 3pm hours. Session appointments are pre-established via telephone and health insur

I have provided psychotherapy for individual adults, children (8-18 years of age), couples and families for 25 years - involving issues and needs such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, relationship difficulties, family dynamics, communication needs, work-related stress and many other stress inducing issues and mental health diagnoses.
I offer a casual and accepting environment in which to address personal / life problems and emotional/ behavioral struggles and needs. My approach is non - judgmental and I employ cognitive - behavioral, family structural, psycho - educational and brief therapy theories and methodology.

I am willing to base my fees on a sliding scale basis if clients are not covered by health insurance. I have never denied a client service based on inability to pay.
