Brief Biography
Efrem B. Neely, Sr., Esquire, is the managing attorney of the Neely Law Firm, PLLC with offices in Little Rock, Arkansas and Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Attorney Neely is an Arkansas native, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is a proud graduate of historical Little Rock Central High School, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (formerly known as Arkansas AM&N), and he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law located in Fayetteville.
Prior to re-establishing the Neely Law Firm, Mr. Neely, PLLC: 1) law clerked for the then Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel, 2) practiced as an associated attorney in the Law Office of Ronald L. Davis, Jr. PLLC and 3) a solo practitioner in the Law Firm of Efrem B. Neely, Sr. PLLC and 4) practiced as a managing partner in the Neely and Guynn Law Firm, PLLC. He primarily concentrates his legal practice in the areas of Criminal Litigation with a focus on Illegal Search and Seizure, Personal Injury Litigation and Family Law Litigation.
Attorney Neely is licensed to practice through the Supreme Court of Arkansas and has jurisdiction in all counties within the state. Additionally, Attorney Neely is licensed to practice in the Western and Eastern Districts of the Arkansas Federal Courts. Attorney Neely has exercised his privilege by successfully handling cases on the state and federal level in his daily practice since 2008.
