Do not work with this company! They are frauds ! I have a small claims judgment in the amount of $7,780.00 against them in the City of Yonkers. Additionally they have criminal case opened against them in Greenwich ,CT , and one pending to be filed in Stamford CT , Hawthorne, NY and the City of Yonkers for fraud. They took our deposit, started a deck project at my house, and then stopped showing up to work. They stopped answering texts, calls, and emails. They left my property a disaster abandoned the project and it has cost my husband and I double from the original cost/budget due to this fraud . Horrible experience. DO NOT USE THEM as if you do YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY . Ray Moran goes by numerous aliases Reyiz Moran , Ray J Moran and his accomplice Lucian Cortina Haughwout is the mastermind behind the scheme . She will come to your home "design" what you want , take your 50% deposit and then abandon your project stating " you need to speak with Ray " . She gets paid $6,500 per month as a "consultant " to take peoples money . Hundreds of Thousands of dollars are owed to over 6 families in Westchester County NY and Fairfield County CT . Beware they are BOTH Frauds working together to take money on projects that they have no intention of completing .

Beware of this Fraud of a company AKA Royaly Design CT , Inc. and Fraud of an owner Ray Moran - this is not a real business. If you are looking for information on this man and need to file any judgements against Reyniz J Moran, his new address where his work trucks reside are at 14 Moseman Ave Katonah NY - all the trucks he used as work vehicles that were evicted out of Greenwich CT location at 21 North Water Street , Greenwich, CT are being stored on that property illegally. There are currently Somers homeowners code violations but that home is owned by Carmen and Israel DeJesus who are the parents of his co-partner Jalena DeJesus .
